Shipping

Prepaid orders only. Orders are dispatched within 3–7 days through trusted courier partners. Once your order is handed to the courier, delivery time may vary. For any delivery issues, message us on Instagram or email support@glitchmart.in and we'll help you out.

Replacements

If your product arrives broken or not working (for example, a butterfly knife that won't swing), we'll replace it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video so we can verify the issue.

These are mass-produced items, so minor scratches, dents or colour variation are not covered.
